Aladdin Window Cleaning

The estimate process was kind of fun. They looked up my address on google earth and were able to see exactly how big the job would be. It was a fair price, so we hired them. He arrived right on time, and did a great job. He was very unobtrusive. The only problem was that it was a 2 person job, but only 1 showed up. And he was very unhappy that his partner didn't. Consequently the job took longer than they said it would. However, he did a really good job, and stuck to the price quoted. Then he showed my kids video he took at a concert they had really wanted to attend, so he made friends, too.

I wish someone had written this review for me and I hope that it will save someone the pain of what I had to go through with this company.  Very unprofessional the owner started yelling at me and since I was alone and they were in my house I paid them because I was scared of them.
The windows look horrible in hindsight I should have never paid them.  The owner changed the price once they started cleaning the windows and then started screaming at me.  My husband just wanted these crazy people out of the house so we paid them.  I have never seen such a bad job with streaks everywhere.
I have brand new windows installed only six months ago and now after spending that money I will have to have them cleaned again.
I wish someone wrote this review for me and I hope I can help someone else.
I want my money back and now I will have to start over again. NEVER again will I make the mistake of hiring a company without checking all reviews

BUYER BEWARE! They originally quoted me $750 inside and out, including screens. They upped the price on me, and they did a terrible, unfinished job. I spoke with the owner's wife on the telephone, and she was screaming at me at the top of her lungs. She said that they wouldn't finish the job, and wanted an additional $200 to finish it. This company is a scam, and they are entirely unprofessional. They advertise that they are licensed and insured, but they do not have a license, and I couldn't find any insurance information on them. I paid them to get them out of my house, as I was very intimidated by their presence. I wish I wouldn't have paid them a thing. I have never had a worse experience. I don't typically write bad reviews, but I hope that nobody else has to go through what I did.

We were selling our home in Atherton and wanted it to present well for our upcoming open house.  We hired Aladdin Window Cleaning to clean our windows and also pressure wash our sidewalks, driveway and patio.  The job went smoothly and I was very impressed with the results.   When they were finished, the windows were crystal clear.  What a difference!  The pressure washing made a huge difference as well.  Our sidewalks, driveway and patio had been stained and dirty and after the pressure washing they were clean and bright.   The workers were professional, thorough, and careful and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.  I was extremely happy with their work and I would highly recommend this company.
