The phone was answered promptly and courteously, Carrie took note of the late afternoon request (it was already mid-afternoon) and made helpful suggestions so the arrangement would be appropriate for the recipient. She also got the arrangement to the hospital that afternoon, as promised, and the flowers were fresh and beautifully done. The delivery fee was a bit steep, but given the short notice I had been given to get this done, well worth it.

THIS OUTSTANDING FLORIST AND NURSERY HAS A HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU WITH PLANT/NURSERY SELECTIONS. THEY GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLANT CARE, AND GUARANTEE THEIR MERCHANDISE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST.
