We are a small company, but provide personal, detail-oriented, high quality service. We take pride in our work and offer a 90 day (minimum) guarantee on all of our work. We offer 2-hour time windows for our service calls (unlike 1/2 day or longer time windows that many other service companies offer). We are licensed through the State of CA Bureau of Appliance and Electronic Repair. We service the Peninsula and San Francisco areas (from Mountain View up thru and including SF). Sorry, we do not service the East or North Bay areas.

We install & repair most large household appliances (i.e., crown moulding) & have 25+ years experience w/such., dishwashers, dryers, except refrigerators. Our specialty is European appliances. We are an authorized service provider for Miele and Asko Appliance companies (before starting this business, low-voltage electrical repairs & light carpentry--i.e., minor plumbing, ovens), stoves, technician worked 12 years for Miele. We also do minor home repairs & improvements (i.e., washing machines

It took a long time from first contact until work was done.  It was hard to schedule.  Ken is knowledgeable, and a nice guy but too busy.

Acclaim services Miele!  Its is a one man show (Ken),  but I had the most pleasant experience ever with appliance repair. 
I called Miele when my dishwasher stopped completing cycles, and heating water... (I'd had a random appliance repairman come previously and been unable to fix it.). Miele referred me to Acclaim and Ken, who clearly has a lot of Miele experience. He came the next day, listened to the cycle for a bit, and then whipped out a computer. 
Ken read off the error codes, and made some needed software changes to adjust water levels and what have you, as well as adjust my drainage to solve a related plumbing problem. Genius! He knew just what to do, was super polite, totally honest,  and the machine has run like new since he left... charge was modest for the expertise he brought to the table, $190. 
Ken clearly has a gift for the work he does. I'd trust him to work on anything!

It went extremely well. Ken's office provided a 2 hour window for his arrival. Called to provide an update within the window. During the repair, Ken pointed out several features regarding the oven that we had not fully utilized.  He was extremely professional as well as Naomi in his office.

He initially diagnosed it as a burnt out motor in the dishwasher which would have been much more expensive. But when he took it apart he realized it was something else. Unfortunately he did not have this part, and had to get it from a Miele distributor. But he got it within a short period of time and came back and finished the repair.
Very professional, nice and great service. Would definitely use him again.

I have no concerns at all. They came out immediately when he said they would. He was very efficient and intelligent. We have three dishwashers and he fixed them. They are perfect. Each one had some small irritating thing and he fixed them immediately and perfectly.
