About us
We are a small company, but provide personal, detail-oriented, high quality service. We take pride in our work and offer a 90 day (minimum) guarantee on all of our work. We offer 2-hour time windows for our service calls (unlike 1/2 day or longer time windows that many other service companies offer). We are licensed through the State of CA Bureau of Appliance and Electronic Repair. We service the Peninsula and San Francisco areas (from Mountain View up thru and including SF). Sorry, we do not service the East or North Bay areas.

We install & repair most large household appliances (i.e., crown moulding) & have 25+ years experience w/such., dishwashers, dryers, except refrigerators. Our specialty is European appliances. We are an authorized service provider for Miele and Asko Appliance companies (before starting this business, low-voltage electrical repairs & light carpentry--i.e., minor plumbing, ovens), stoves, technician worked 12 years for Miele. I called Miele when my dishwasher stopped completing cycles, and heating water... (I'd had a random appliance repairman come previously and been unable to fix it.). Miele referred me to Acclaim and Ken, who clearly has a lot of Miele experience. He came the next day, listened to the cycle for a bit, and then whipped out a computer.
Ken read off the error codes, and made some needed software changes to adjust water levels and what have you, as well as adjust my drainage to solve a related plumbing problem. Genius! He knew just what to do, was super polite, totally honest, and the machine has run like new since he left... charge was modest for the expertise he brought to the table, $190.
Ken clearly has a gift for the work he does. I'd trust him to work on anything!
