These people are waaaaay overpriced. They gave me the big scare about how my hand could blow off if they didn't replace the entire cord to the vacuum. I subsequently spoke to another vacuum repair place and the guy laughed and said he knows the people at AAA and they are really out to overcharge everyone as much as possible. He said they didn't used to be like this but they are now. Communication with them was very bad also.
