Excellent work by John and his crew. Totally customer-oriented business approach and his suggestions were also fantastic. He explained all the technical details in layman's terms. Most importantly, he was most accommodating and able to manage my hectic schedule with last-minute postponement and rescheduling with confidence and cool calmness. I definitely tested his patience of which he passed with aplomb. He is also very courteous and respectful. Of course, everything comes down to how one is paid by the service one has received. Let's just say that his rates and the quality of work he has performed - should be a secret. Not only is his rates VERY reasonable but the efficiency of how he reviewed the project; decision of the type of service; and finally to the actual cleaning service - well, it was performed professionally and competently. And sometimes - that makes all the difference in having a stress-free moving-out cleaning-out day! I highly recommend contacting this company - get a quote from John - there is no pressure at all and there's no doubt about it - we would definitely use his services again and again!

John is a true professional. My furniture was being delivered in the next couple of days, and my dog got sick all over the living room. :( I tried to clean as much as I could prior, but I wasn't satisfied with it. The stars were aligned and he fit me in the very same day! John was super friendly, and taught me some great information on how to maintain and how to tackle future stains. His method is eco-friendly and super quick. The stains were addressed as best as they could and my living room looks GREAT! I am a customer for life!

John did an excellent job. All spots were gone and the carpet looked great. I was able to schedule service within 2 days. He was punctual and offered a lower price than originally stated.

As you can see from the photos, John’s general cleaning removed the darkly shaded foot paths throughout the house in addition to most of the old dark spots and recent blood stains. John used his own specially formulated hand-made cleaning block to remove spots (included with his general cleaning). My mother decided not to invest the extra money for spot removal.

He did a great job and was able to remove all the stains and gum that my 4 yr old worked into the carpet.

I was able to schedule the appointment with relatively little notice. The carpet looked great afterwards. John was very competent and adaptable when it came to getting the hose up to my second-story apartment. He worked quickly and the price was very reasonable. He was also able to answer some questions I had about chemical stains and the expected longevity of the floor carpet.
