Service was timely - on time for estimating appointment, called ahead when slightly delayed for actual work. Provided advice and suggestions on cherry tree which had not fruited. Workers professional and cleaned up thoroughly. Work completed to my satisfaction and at lowest estimate provided (two other contractors bid on work).

All work was satisfactory, clean-up was good.

Sam did an excellent job for us. One of the tall Monterey pines was over my neighbors house. We live on a steep hillside so removal was a challenge but Sam carefully removed the tree piece by piece. The other 3 were much easier without having to worry about damaging our house or neighbors house.

Sam was very courteous. He asked for our input and clearly described what was good for the tree and what it was possible to do to trim back the tree. He and his team were efficient and left the tree looking much better and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed.

Our cherry tree was 90% dead for a year, so we got a few estimates from arborists and tree services.  We also wanted the stump ground and a new dogwood tree planted in its place in our front yard.  This group provided a competitive bid which was clear and simple and offered to do the entire job in one day.  Everything worked out very smoothly, and they did the entire job and finished without us even being home, as the job was done in the front yard.   The only change in plan was that only a small dogwood tree was available, not a large one that we requested, as they said the large tree was not in good health.  So we went with the smaller one instead and the job price was reduced appropriately.   The new tree looked very small.   But 6 months later now, the new tree is full of leaves and blooming and looks great.

Samuel was quick to return my call after leaving a message. When he came by to look at the tree he said that if I wanted he could do it same day. We were able to agree quickly on a great price compared to others I researched. He and his worker were in and out with very little noise and left the front yard spotless. I was also able to schedule other yard work for later in the month.

Very professional, responsive and always with a great smile, I might add. It was nice that they left the our place clean too. I would highly recommend Will's Tree Service based on my experience. 

Samuel provided a quote quickly and at a reasonable price. After approving the quote, Samuel scheduled the work for the following Monday and completed the job (including additional tree service I added) by the next day (he came back to stump grind at my request). The area was cleaned up and the job was completed without any issues (this tree was growing into the power & communication lines on my property). The Apolinar family has worked on my property since 2009 (under Samuel's father - Aly) and this is the first time I used his son's company. I will continue to use Samuel for my tree service.

Samuel previously worked for his father at Aly's Tree Trimming Service and has branched out on his own. He is a licensed arborist. Like Aly, he does excellent work. Punctual. Works quickly. Neat. Fair price.
