Excellent job! Very pleasant, helpful and informative. Quick, clean and very efficient--thank you!

It turned out fine. He was a really nice guy. There were no additional charges. It was worth it. He was helpful.

• o Jessy was very responsive, called back to make an appointment with in a couple hours of leaving him a message.
• o Very punctual, actually cam 10 minutes early.
• o Put on booties before coming in the house and laid down a tarp before the fireplace to keep the house clean.
• o Started on the roof and completed the job in the fireplace.
• o Placed the majority of the ashes (from last year) in one of our trash bags then vacuumed the rest clean with his vacuum.
• o Did an excellent job cleaning out the fireplace insert we have, even cleaning its windows!
• o Completed the job in about an hour.
• o We were quite satisfied with the service. We'll use him again next year.

Went well. They showed up on time and swept my chimney without making a mess. I was expecting them to get on the room, but they did the whole thing from the fireplace. I'd definitely hire them again.

As we entered the holiday season we decided to get our chimney cleaned so that we would have no issues when we lit a fire. We contacted JDA based on their recommendation in Angie's List and were totally satisfied. They arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of our chimney. They also offered us options for a new chimney cap and when it arrived just a few days later it was immediately installed, Great job.

Great job at keeping the living room clean. Good work, good advice on how we can take care of our fire place and a pleasant demeanor. We would definitely hire this gentleman again.

They were very professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. (It only took them @ 30 minutes, or so.)

JDA chimney sweep came to our house on schedule, asked a few questions, than proceeded to clean our chimney. He was very pleasant, did a thorough job, protected everything from getting dirty, and ensured that everything was cleaner when he left then when he arrived. I highly recommend JDA chimney sweep.

The guys did a great job of cleaning our chimney. They were on-time,
clean, and quick. They wore booties to protect the floors. They
cleaned from inside the fireplace up. They put down a large drop cloth
to catch and dust and vacuumed the rest. Will use them again next time I
need a chimney cleaning.

The job took only an hour and he did a great job. He brought in his tools and said he wouldnt have to go on the roof because we had a metal liner in our chimney which was good and made it easier to clean. He cleaned and vaccumed and was ready to leave..Great job.

Jesse was great. He answered all our questions. He always presented us with options and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He came to clean our chimney but as he performing the sweep he noticed that the previous owners had installed the incorrect chimney cap and that we had cracks in our chimney. He informed us of his findings and then discussed with us our options. We decided to have him make the repairs and change the cap. He did it all right there on the spot. Our fireplace is ready for Christmas! Thanks Jesse. :-)

I would recommend them to the others. I bought the big deal for this service. Everything went very well. The price was good because it was the big deal. If I had to pay them not using the big deal, it would have been more. It's just a very professional service. I will use their services again in the future.

Jesse cleaned 2 chimneys in our home and did a great job. He was responsive to my phone calls, showed up promptly, cleaned up afterwards (there was no debris or dirt inside my home after he left), and even walked me through some chimney repairs he noticed we might want to investigate. He has a delightful personality - very warm and friendly. I'd definitely use him again

I paid for the service using Angie's list. Jesse called me within a couple of hours to schedule an appointment, He was able to come out the next day as he had another job close by. He called me ahead of time, as agreed, so that I could meet him at my house. He took off his shoes outside the front door without being asked. We have a no shoes in the house policy. He brought in his equipment and a drop cloth to contain any ashes and soot. We worked together to deal with wood insert, basically I provided the insert manual and he disassembled it enough to clean the chimney completely. This took him more time but he didn't give me any song and dance about needing more money. He just went about the work cheerfully! He went on the roof to sweep the soot out and then cleaned it up completely within the insert. He took his time to ensure everything was properly put back in place and that everything was clean. He even cleaned the glass that is part of my wood burning insert. He asked me if I had any questions, packed up his stuff, thanked me, and left.

Jesse exceeded my expectations and I will definitely call him for my next chimney job.

He was super nice, honest, and informative. I had mentioned that I wasn't sure if it needed to be cleaned or not. He inspected it and said it was pretty clean and it was completely up to me if I wanted to do (and pay for) the cleaning- absolutely didn't pressure me into doing a service I may not have needed. I was curious about the way the chimney worked and he explained it all to me. He also offered me great tips and patiently answered all my questions about using the fireplace (I had a lot). For example, my fireplace opens on both sides, but given the door to flue ratio, he said to only have one side open at a time- or else I'd have smoke going in the house instead of up the flue. Overall, great service plus he gave me a discount for being an Angies List member.

Arrived on time, was very pleasant. Was neat, did a good job.
