GARAGE DOORS ETC

I was really disappointed with their follow-up.  He was referred to me by a friend.  He did a good job with the estimate and the installation, but I have called him numerous times about a follow-up service and I can’t get him to return the calls.  I would like to hear from him because I would use him again if I found out that there was a real reason why he didn't call me back.

I've a home that's 14 years old. The garage door wasn't working. A quick examination showed the door opener was broken, spot welds on the garage door were broken, and the door was falling further and further out of alignment. I was a bit concerned that the whole door would need to be replaced.

I found the service provider from Garage Doors, Etc., to be extremely knowledgeable about my service options, he provided a very reasonably-priced servicing of the door, and now all is well. Throughout the experience, he was consistently professional, showed up precisely on time, and quickly performed the necessary repairs. Additionally, he explained to me any service options I could consider if this garage door were to act up again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Garage Doors, Etc. to anyone needing their garage doors to be installed, serviced, or upgraded. I thoroughly positive experience throughout!

Great experience from start to finish.

Mike was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He stayed within his estimated cost. By going with an insulated door, which he recommended, we saw an immediate improvement to the temperature of the garage and subsequently our multi-storied townhouse.

The overall experience could not have been better. I would hire this company again in a heart-beat. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!!

Great experience; Mike's a good guy. He tried to help me solve the problem over the phone, then came out within an hour or so and actually fixed it the same day. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a capable, pleasant garage door opener mechanic.

Mike arrived at the time scheduled, quickly determined the problem and performed the necessary repairs. He then adjusted the door to make sure it was working properly and did some safety checks and adjustments.

They were very responsive and reasonable. I called in the morning, and I thought I would have to wait all day. He was in the area and was able to come within an hour. He fixed the problem. It has been working fine ever since.
