DALE HAMILTON CONSTRUCTION

The work was done quickly as per my criteria. Dale responded rapidly to my calls and did extras like fix my pull-out kitchen cutting board.

The contractor, Dale Hamilton was very courteous and responsive to all questions and requests. The job required several permits which caused some delays but the contractor was helpful in working with the city planning dept. Some of his sub- contractors needed more supervision however problems were solved and the project turned out well.

I was extremely impressed with the communication, promptness and quality of the work!

This job needed to be done quickly and Dale responded to that by getting the electrician, plumber and tile man in and out very fast. The subcontractors had good things to say about working with Dale and in fact the tile man said he wouldn't have done the tricky tile job of taking old tile from one wall and put it on another for anyone but Dale. Dale gave me the name of his plumbing supplier who I called about which toilet would fit in best. He quickly emailed me some pictures and gave me helpful information. I never had any trouble getting in touch with Dale and he often called the night before to say who would be coming and when the next day.
