We highly recommend Hans Hagenmayer and Team Provident Realtors.
We interviewed several realtors, but Hans was the one we chose. Hans was very well organized. We found it very productive going out with him and looking at prospective homes to buy. His recommendations along the way for home inspector and other consultants proved to be very good. Hans was very effective in dealing with a difficult seller, who was in a foreign country. It was not possible to contact the seller by either phone or fax. Hans gave us good advice in our negotiations with this seller, and he was able to obtain a very good purchase price for the house.
Hans is very sharp and intelligent, and understand the real estate business very well. Hans is friendly and professional in all his dealings. He is very attentive to details.

He and his team presented a very well thought-out vision of how the property could be prepared for sale. Team Provident facilitated all the improvements we agreed upon.
