Before starting Pasadena Pest Control, I studied under three seasoned pros and satisfied hundreds of customers. During my several years as a technician, I've noticed a pattern to customer complaints about a spectrum of companies in this industry. I decided to build this company upon pillars opposite these qualities. We are: * Reachable. Beyond the point of sale. We don't outsource customer service. We have no automated lines. You will be speaking to a representative who is a local, human person who works for us, not on our behalf. * Punctual. We provide an hour window for showtime, and we always try to be as close to its beginning as we can if not right at the start. If on the rare occasion that we're going to be unavoidably arriving outside the window, we'll let you know barring rare reception issues. * Thorough. We'll take our time. We won't rush. We won't cram the schedule and your appointment won't shrink. We'll take our time, efficiently and effectively. * Honest. We'll keep our promises by not making any we can't keep. We won't gouge you. We won't try to upsell you something you don't need or couldn't benefit from. If we don't know the answer, we'll say so and find out. * Informative. We'll keep you informed so you can make educated decisions, We'll set your expectations appropriately, letting you know how you can prepare for treatment, avoid conducive conditions and mitigate issues going forward. * Convenient.
