A call to our office to speak with a supervisor may have remedied your satisfaction, but we were not given that opportunity. In response: On November 16, 2012 our office recieved a call for a clogged kitchen drain. A tech was dispatched and remedied the problem (natural waste accumulation), charging you our standard rate. On March 25, 2013 our office recieved a call regarding the same drain. A tech was dispatched and he cleaned the drain again. This time he found a foreign object in the line (a rag). As industry standards, guarantees cover the drain if it becomes clogged again due to noramal use of the drain. guarantees do not cover homeowner misuse or negligence. You were subsequently charged again. On April 11, 2013 A sevice call was generated regarding your hot water heater system (which is unrelated to the drain system). a technician was dispatched and fixed problem and you were subsequently charged our standard rate. In the future, please feel free to call our office if you are in any way unsatisfied so we may correct if necessary. Also before you post something negative please have all facts available so consumers may not make any wrong judgements and come to their conclusion with accurate knowledge.
