Computer Repair
EXCELLENT work! Reconfigured network settings on 2 top MAC laptops, fixed corrupt file, set up archive and installed MAC clean-up software to clean out old system generated files. Diagnosed modem problem and called Internet service company to resent modem. All the work took 2 hours and at about $80/hour I paid $170. He guarantees his work and if he doesn't fix the problem, he doesn't charge. This is a big bonus as I had paid $560 to another group who didn't resolve the network problem. I had also paid $360 to a well-known company last year for some technical troubleshooting for 2 hours work. I thought Mike Burns of LA MAC Support was knowledgeable, personable and professional. We actually got him through another company (which got great reviews on-line for MAC support), but I would call him directly from now on for MAC support.
