"I knew that you would probably put in a bad review when I told you that I was going to have to tighten up the areas that I go to because of gas, time etc. You did not let me down. In my defense I was there everyday played with your cats except when your male roommate was there. I refilled that small water container EVERY day because it was very low. Your cats drink alot of water. Now to the litter box the last 2 days I was there it was not working so I scooped it. 2 cats - one box not good especially when the thing stops working.You never showed me what to do if it clogged up so I did the best I could do. Before that I would pull out the tray and that was full but I worked best with what I had. I tried on numerous occasions to contact you but since I gave you the bad news you really stopped communicating.I was planning on not doing any more sits for when you called the day after you came home early and told me you were there not to come by and at the same time extended your pet visits, I took it on the chin did the visits while at the same time letting you know that I wouldn't be able to do it any more. I also said I would try and help you find someone more local, and if you needed I would be there in case you hadn't found anyone yet. I asked if you would let me know when you got your house key since you had me put it under the mat at your front door not a good place to put it. You never did I had to reach out to you. Your check is made out after you came home so you could have put a stop to it. Also yes I require payment up front but you did that my first couple of visits and then would "forget" to leave it. Then it would take 2 weeks or more after I was done to recieve it.I only got it after texting you numerous times. I texted you about other parking spaces not better parking spaces because a neighbor chewed me out for parking in front of your garage as you told me to. I did not want to create a problem. So I parked on the street and walked in essence close to a block to get to your house. That is how I work someone else would have created a problem or not shown up at all. The day I got chewed out yes I was in and out of there quickly because I had this problem and not one racial slur was said. I just told him it was an emergency remember that was the day your door was not working and I spent close to 20 min trying to get in. Part of that time was with you on the phone. Come to find out I had to press down really hard on the handle. [member name removed], you did not like the price from the begining and I knocked off $2.00. If you would have had me come in on the last day, the box would have been cleaner there would have been water food didnt know where it was and as much as I hate going thru someones cabinets I did and saw NONE. Also before I forget lets talk mileage I LIVE 19 miles away by freeway. Another good reason to reel in the distance I drive and putting so much gas in my car. Plus you are the only one in Rosemead I serviced. The drive from my box in San Marino is roughly 8 miles and remember I am not coming from there my primary area is Altadena, Pasadena, Sierra Madre area. So please forgive me if I want to save time and $. If anyone would like to see my texts I still have them on my phone. I am sorry that you couldn't understand that I needed to do what was best for me and my business and hated having to come to that conclusion. I am also sorry that you want to give me a bad name. I wish you the best."
