+ 0 moreAfter 2 cross-country moves in one year, I was frazzled beyond belief. Finally back in the Pasadena area, I once again was facing a mountain of boxes, with no idea where to put anything. I'd gone from a 3000 sq. ft. home to a 1550 sq. ft. condo and couldn't deal with it any longer -- thank goodness I found Cynthia and At Home Unpacking Service. She and her team not only unpacked everything, they intuitively figured out where everything should go, and was much better at it than I would have been. They hung my art work, figured out the best way to organize my kitchen, put my books back on the shelves, set up my office the correct way, made decorating suggestions and so much more -- all within a few days. Cynthia even went the extra mile in going to Linens 'n Things with me to help me with a new color scheme, and also brought in plants and flowers. This woman is professional, competent and is a virtual dynamo -- hire her and let her take away your stress as she did mine!
Description of Work: Cynthia provided for me a complete unpacking service, and is not like any company that I am aware of. She and her team not only unpacked the contents of all my boxes (about 160 of them), she figured out the best places to put everything, which was a welcome relief especially when it came to my kitchen. She also took the empty boxes and broke them down for recycling, then arranged to have them taken away for me. She hung my artwork, helped me decorate my home, brought in flowers and plants, and turned chaos into order in just a few days. It was like having family members helping me. Best of all, she treated my property with respect and did not break or harm any of my possessions, and arrived on time for her initial consultation on the same day that I called her!
