As a General Construction team Xtreme Design & Construction brings over 30 years of experience to your project site. Our team has extensive experience in general construction such as landscape, hardscape, pools, remodeling, room additions, second stories, and ground up custom residential construction. On each job, we choose a team supervisor that is compatible with each project and location. Each supervisor is responsible to keep the job on the set timeframe, measure the team member's performance, and keep the jobsite clean and well organized. It is up to each supervisor to keep on top of each job and make sure it is up to our company's standards.

BEWARE of RAFAEL LUJANO. This contractor is full of lies and excuses. Rafael Lujano took our money and disappeared for 3 months. He left us without a roof for over 8 months while he worked on other jobs using our money. The work completed is beyonnd substandard, paint is peeling off the walls, our ceilings are caving in, our subfloor is warping, all the walls are crooked, the doors are hung incorrectly. DISASTER! Rafael Lujano has mulstiple complaints against him from the CSLB and is currently under investigation for the job that was completed at my house. DO NOT TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR. BEWARE.
