VERIZON WIRELESS

I brought in a cell phone (new. same as mine that had been broken) and asked for it to be activated. They had the phone for MONTHS. Every time I went in to pick it up no one could find it. The guy that I gave it to kept telling me that it was there but I never seemed to find HIM there when I tried to pick it up. When I finally got the phone back I was told that it had been activated so I had my other phone turned off. When I got home and tried to use it ... it wouldn't work. Thankfully I have a house phone and got the other one turned back on. Then they told me that the phone was out dated and could not be used. Finally a friend of mine talked to a WOMAN at Verizon who knew what she was doing and got the phone activated. I have used Verizon since 1995.. I really have no complaints about the company. It just seems that there are quite a few people that work there on Center Dr. who should check and see if they want to stay in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although I spent no money this time, I've been a customer for a long time and have spent LOTS of money in the past as I'm sure I will again in the future. I have had excellent help there in the past. Maybe a few bad apples but hopefully not all.

I've been with them for about six years. I'm real happy with them. And had no problems that would make me look for another provider. I'll continue to use them.
