It was a nightmare. Value blinds admitted that they placed the order incorrectly although they never apologized. The owner tried to get me to accept the shutters that were the wrong size if they were retrofitted for my windows. I said I wanted my original order submitted again correctly, even though I would have to wait annother five weeks.. Value blinds refused to place my order again and mailed a refund of my deposit instead. Value blinds offers terrible customer service. Now I have to find a reputable window treatment company and start over.
