Auto maintenance Services and purchases have all gone well. Good customer service for both service and auto purchases. Service costs are comparable or lower than at other dealers. We have been using them for many years even though there is another Toyota dealer closer closer to where we live because we have been happy with there work.

Part of their job to increase the price. As a customer, its a B. As a seller, they are just doing their job. Pretty good experience. Price was very good. Car dealer salesman try to increase price. Everyone has to deal with it. They are doing their job, so its hard to rate it.

Until recently, I have had good experiences with Toyota of Escondido's service department. Unfortunately, the service representative that I attempted to work with during my most recent visit gave very poor service, with inaccurate time estimates and limited communication. She was unprofessional, becoming obviously impatient when I asked for details of unexpected mechanical problems with a car that had been running smoothly prior to the service. When my car was returned to me the next day, I asked for info on a remaining warning light and was told I would have to come back another day. This response was delivered over her shoulder in a disrespectful tone as she walked away. I do not intend to return to this dealership.

I have been taking my car here for years. I can usually get a coupon for their service. They are honest and do not try to sell you anything you do not need. The staff and mechanics do great work. I have never had any problems getting my car into them.

It was a free service. They were just terrific. I set up an appointment and I went in. They serviced the car and they gave me an estimate. They told me how long it would take and they were actually finished before that. The staff is very friendly.

Air conditioning blows hot air out back lower vents. Haven't gone back to get it fixed. They didn't fill my windshield washer fluid. Like three days after my visit I was out of washer fluid.
On previous visit they didn't secure my hood. I kept trying to figure out why my hood looked like it was vibrating when I was driving at higher speed. Finally checked it and it wasn't shut all the way! Scary!

Toyota of Escondido has a very helpful crew and the service is great. The place inside is really nice and they get me through very quickly. It s a bit pricey, but it s definitely worth it. I recommend them.

I will argue the issue of the warranty at higher levels in the Toyota organization, but the worst part of this experience was being shuttled from service rep to service supervisor to service manager to customer relations manager, each in turn passing the buck to someone else. The whole process took most of the day where the original diagnosis at an independent garage took one hour and was fifty dollars less.
