House Cleaning
The quality of the cleaning was usually OK (I have used them several times), however, they were consistently late and did not have the courtesy to call. They also frequently sent different people who did not know my house and often did not speak English, so it was difficult to explain what I needed. On the most recent appointment I waited almost an hour for them before calling to ask what was going on. The woman laughed and said she would try to get there in another 30-45 minutes, with no apology. I asked that in future she calls me if she is going to be late and she replied "If you are going to be like that, then I'm not cleaning your house anymore". Needless to say, they will not be cleaning my house anymore and I would recommend that they don't clean yours either.
