 + -1 moreThey are pretty hardworking people and they did a good job.We're pretty satisfied with their work. Their price is pretty reasonable and that's why we've used them.
Description of Work: They just did some cleaning up with some walls inside the room and some relocation. Also, they did the fireplace surrounding the wall.

 + 0 moreHe did a stunning job. Very reachable, communicative, and was always there as promised. He started on the day he indicated. The crew cleaned up very well, daily before they left. Overall project took about 2 weeks, but we had unexpected plumbing issues, etc. Note that the cost of the project above includes my new fixtures, tile and tub. Greg's labor cost was very reasonable. I've had so many glowing comments on my new modern, and quot;spa themedand quot; bathroom! We found Greg by driving by another project he's done in Encinitas and spotting his construction sign in the home's yard. In addition, I'm having Spec 10 out again now to repair two badly water-damaged rooms in my house (from a ceiling water leak). He has been very accommodating with the urgency of my job, and is, again, very reachable and in touch about finding correct components to match my needs (matching 10 year old baseboard, for instance). This job includes new drywall, new ceiling, painting, baseboards. Very happy with Spec 10 and crew. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Greg helped us remodel a dated, 1976 bathroom. We removed & replaced the old iron bathtub and shower and retiled the shower from floor to ceiling, retiled the floor, and put tile on the full wall behind the sink area. He installed new glass shower doors and did extensive tilework using clear glass tiles (tricky to do) including new modern cutouts for shampoos, etc. He installed a sliding pocket door into the toilet area, replaced two electric fixtures, and repainted and dry walled as needed.

 + -1 moreExcellent job, couldn't be happier, went above and beyond what was expected of him. Great price for all the work done, very professional nice guy. Finished the job before estimated target date. Would recommend him to everyone I know!
Description of Work: Painted inside of entire house, including all cabinets, shopped for & installed new brackets on cabinets, removed all toilets & sinks for flooring install, installed new baseboards, installed new hood range microwave, installed doggie door in wall and hauled away all materials to dump.
