he came, gave me an estimate of $300 for the parts and labor, did not mention anything about a service charge [not upfront, not ever], Sent me an estimate/bill for more than $800, including $95 for the service call. I tried to communicate with him few times, her responded once, then did not reply. Since he did not even mention that there is a charge for the call/visit [not over the phone, not when he came in, and spend 30 minutes], I disputed the service call charge.

Great service. We have had 3 people FIX the spa and they never identified root cause. This time the spa is finally fixed.

Stephan came out on the same day I called, tested everything and replaced the heating element.
Everything seems to be working perfectly now.
He was extremely nice and friendly, professional and went straight to work, right on time!
I would highly recommend him and will use him again

We purchased a brand new spa bathtub and hired a contractor to finish
our bathroom re-model. In the process the workers broke an intricate
component of the tub - the plumbing that was on the outside of the tub
going to the jets. The tub was made in Canada and was discontinued so
they were not able to help us. We called the Spa Doctor, he came out
the very next day and fixed it! He had all the tools with him to do
it. He was fast, courteous and reasonably priced. My husband was
impressed and that doesn't happen often. We would both (and have
already) recommended him!

Spa Doctor cleaned the spa, repaired the fllter and contracted for a new spa cover. Spa Doctor (Steve) is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. He completed the job quickly and actually came in under estimate. The bonus is that my grandkids are totally enjoying the spa and will not get out of it.
