The sales person was very helpful and made suggestions for lower cost material. The installation was very good and they did a nice job. I only have one complaint, they could have called to tell me the order was late. Basically I am happy with them.

I specified that all the doors and windows have matching vertical blinds. When the installer arrived, he installed the correct vertical blinds on each of the sliding glass doors. When he got the to bathroom windows he installed HORIZONTAL blinds. The header they installed in the bathroom was of a colonial design.... in a contemporary home! I called him the next day and he said that on this type of window that they always install horizontal blinds. I agreed to accept the bathroom blinds if he would replace the header with something more appropriate. The installer failed to pick up the check for the second half of the payment so I figured that if they wanted their check they'd fix the problem. Instead they charged it to my credit card without my permission. At this point I demanded that they replace the bathroom with what I ordered. They came and measured and have never been heard from again. Now David isn't even returning my calls. I can't recommend this team to anyone else.

David was very patient with me, both working around my schedule to meet to measure the windows and for installation when the painting was done. The installer was punctual, considerate (he took off his shoes when he came in the house, I wouldn't even have thought to ask him to do this) and efficient. The new blinds were up and functioning beautifully in no time!
