Sophia's Housecleaning

We have been using Sophia for over one year now and have found her to be excellent in the quality of her work, her attention to detail and her willingness to modify her routine as needed.  We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area seeking quality housecleaning services!

Exceptional ! Thorough, efficient, careful, and resourceful---when she showed up.

Sophia is a very sweet lady and does excellent work, but she has limited understanding/appreciation of the concepts of reliability, dependability, and accountability.  The last two months have been a nightmare for unknown reasons.  She wanted to change my regular days to accommodate other customer's demands; she would cancel the morning of my scheduled day.  Very aggravating and disrespectful of my schedule and activities.  I tried to explain that I could be flexible with some advanced notice, but she preferred last instant notifications. She was scheduled for her long overdue regular day tomorrow (note, she has cancelled at the last minute for the last two months), but this morning informed me that she was unavailable for the future.   I don't know what the problem was, but I would not trust her reliability again.  Too bad.............she is a nice lady.

What a find! Sophia is detail oriented, punctual and doesn't miss a thing. I hired her three weeks ago to clean my home weekly and I'm not disappointed. She does a fantastic job. You need to provide the cleaning supplies you want used and she does it all, including changing the bed linens, washing walls, cleaning window screens, whatever you need her to do. Her prices are very good. She works for me for 6 - 7 hours a week and her charge is $70. She works in North SD county, coastal and inland.
