I was delighted with the experience. Sid's had a very low price on very high quality carpet.
On installation day, I was the crew's second job, so they didn't start until about 11 AM. They worked until about 7 PM but had the job completed the same day, with all the furniture back in place.
No issues later - the carpet is still perfect!

I was completely satisfied with the materials provided and the installation of the outdoor carpet. I don't believe anyone could've done a better job. And, after checking other carpet dealers, I think the price charged was reasonable.

We were happy with the service. They did a fine job.

Their service and the response was very good. The only thing is their overall price was a bit high.

My only suggestion is to be prepared for a LOT of dust and noise if you are getting tile removed. :) It is worth it though

The materials were in stock. They were able to do the job quickly and they did a good job.

We bought the carpet from them. There was something I could see was becoming visible so they came to make it invisible.

We went to multiple carpet places in the North County Inland area. But Sid's was the best deal and the best service. We worked with Barbara, who never pushed us to into anything we didn't want which we appreciated. other places we found would be trying to make last second deals with us as we were walking out or calling us up continually after we said and quot;noand quot; already. When we finally chose the carpet we wanted Barbara did give us a discount on the cost to bring it in line with out budget and made recommendations for the type padding we would need, even adding in the more expensive padding at a lower padding price. The price was still alot, and it is possible I could have found the carpet cheaper at a carpet discounter, but then you make yourself open to fraud (lying about brands especially) and terrible service.

The installation was easy and split over two days for our convenience.

All in all, I appreciated the no-nonsense price negotiations, the professionalism and knowledge of Barbara, and the fact that the installation went off without a hitch.

I would Sid's again.

The installer was great! Very meticulous and professional. There were problems with the installer not having all the materials needed for the job because he was not told about a couple of things by the store. But it worked out fine.

Everything went smooth.

They came, measured and the guy said that someone would call me in 2 or 3 days. No one called, so I went there and explained the situation. They had no record for measurements or anything for me. While I was there I looked at the carpets and I found three that I liked a lot, so I wrote them all down. I waited another week and they still didn't call. I went back the following Saturday and they had rearranged the whole store. The carpet samples I picked had been moved to a warehouse and were not available. They still didn't have any record of me. I was very frustrated with the whole process and when they finally did come I was not impressed at all. They installed hardwood floors in my entry way instead of the Pergo. I would never use them again.

I PURCHASED EXCELLENTLY PRICED CARPET REMNANTS FROM THEM FOR 3 ROOMS. THE SELECTION OF CARPET REMNANTS WAS EXCELLENT AS WAS THE QUALITY OF THE REMNANTS. I HAD A FOURTH REMNANT MADE INTO AN AREA RUG. THE INSTALLERS WERE QUICK, EFFICIENT AND PUNCTUAL. I WILL CHECK THERE, FIRST, WHEN I HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL CARPET.
