The screen repair was great & window cleaning was excellent.

Bernie came quickly, and did a terrific job. In 24 years, our windows have never looked this good. He is a true professional.

Bernie is the best!!! I feel so lucky to have found someone who truly takes so much pride in their work. Bernie was meticulous and a perfectionist with every single window he cleaned. My windows were horribly water spotted and we have several in high areas. My husband even said the windows glistened. Most of all, Bernie is a really nice guy and very friendly. After being contacted Bernie came out to take measurements, show samples and give an estimate. Once a price was agreed upon the new screens were up within days. Before installation Bernie even cleaned all the windows inside and out. During the screen installation Dawn of See Clearly Window Service came out to show samples, give an estimate and explain the process for installing solar shades. By the weekend we had our new solar shades up which made a huge difference in the interior house temperatures. She even helped us receive an energy rebate from IID. Thanks again to both of you!!

Bernie was amazing and even did the work on New Years Eve and finishe up on anew Yeas day. He was able to get the windows sparkling clean, repaired any screens that needed attention and removed all the water stains from the windows. I also asked him to do all the shower doors that the house cleaner had been unable to clean satisfactorily. Now the shower doors look like new! Thanks so much Bernie. Dawn went out of her way to help us get the house in order and cleaned after new carpet was installed. Thanks Dawn.

Excellent! He did a thorough job and my windows and screens are sparkling clean. I have lots of windows, many which are high up but he has tall ladders. He repairs screens and cleans out sliding door tracks. He is meticulous about cleaning up. And a very personable guy.

Did a great Job cleaning windows and power washing the entire trellis. Also performed a bunch of screen repairs and built a brand new screen from scratch. Well Done.

Last year , Dawn installed two French doors. This year, upon response to my previous review , they were replaced with new screens and track. Quite a difference from quality and service from last year. These were done at her cost and labor. For her effort and determination , I rate her a solid B for this year’s installation. I do recommend her for her window cleaning services

Low quality. Dawn came multiple times when it should have taken 1 or two days. Quality of sliding patio track hardware and workmanship was poor . Requested to come back to fix and she has repeatedly missed the appointments . Before she even came to assess, she wanted to charge me additional 84 dollars on top of the approx 700 already charged to replace the track . She has never came to fix it

Bernie came out and gave us a price, then removed the screens. He returned the screens two days later completely repaired. He was very courteous and did a very good job. I would use the vendor again in the future.

Meticulously cleaned windows, screens and tracks - inside and out. Several areas were difficult due to the hard mineral water in the Coachella Valley. I could never seem to get all the residue off. Nevertheless, all the windows came out spotless. I continue to use them for my rental property as guests have the highest expectations for cleanliness.

This is the second year I have used See Clearly to clean the windows and screens in my MCM, seasonal, rental home. Bernie - like last year - did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning my windows and screens - even ones with hard water residual build ups residue that can be next to impossible to get off. Like all the other windows in the house Bernie left them SPOTLESS and STREAKLESS. This is particularly important in my MCM home because many of the walls are literally walls of glass. He is a true professional who knows his trade quite well and even shared a secret to help with the hard water build up. He takes great pride in his work and has a strong work ethic. Honestly, who stays until 7:30pm on a Saturday night to finish a job? Bernie does. And he doesn't skimp. Great work for a reasonable price - you can't go wrong. I dinged him for Punctuality because texted me so say he would come later in the day. He was very professional and let me know what time he expected to arrive. As an owner of a seasonal vacation rental I deal with many vendors. Unfortunately, not all of them are forthcoming in communicating delays, reschedules and cancellations etc. With Bernie, he will keep you up to date with developments. Not only does this save me time tracking people down (calling and texting), it cuts the angst out (Are they going to show?). I look forward to using him again next year!

My windows & screens have never been so clean. I would hire Bernie, and plan to do so, in a heartbeat.

A little late showing up is the only negative. And the positive is how gently she moves things to get at the job. Such a pleasure to see the home when she is done. Every home lived in or for sale should have windows this clean. I feel the charge is reasonable, maybe ever cheap for the end result.

Exceptional service! Dawn and Bernie arrived on time and were incredible--every window was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, including screen, trim and tracks. We have some very high windows and they had no problem. They were positively gleaming! The mountains have never looked so stunning. They cleaned windows I didn't even know I had, fixed some screens, and cleaned up some other stuff, power washing our garage doors and gates, going well above and beyond my expectations. The before and after photos of the solar were amazing....they looked like they had just been installed. Even with all the extras, working in the heat, the cost was as quoted and I would not hesitate to hire this team again and recommend them very highly!
