It worked out very well. He was very prompt and came out on short notice and I appreciated that.

It went great, super actually. They did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them. I was very impressed with how well it came out considering how bad it was before. They were both very nice. Overall a great job. They did say that normally this job would have been about $350 with the stains and all but they accepted the $270 special price this time.

The service was excellent. My carpets never looked so good and Ross was able to clean my white overstuffed chair to look just like new when I thought I might have to get rid of it. His pricing is extremely reasonable.

Ross provided first rate service. He was able to drop by on short notice and provide an accurate estimate that he stood by. Furthermore, because he knew I needed the job done ASAP, he worked until 8 pm that same night to get it done. As a result of his hard work, my house looks like I have a house full of brand spanking new carpeting. Accordingly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RCC for any of your carpeting needs!

We contacted Ross on short notice to clean a family room carpet after we finished up some remodeling and painting.  He was able to come out the next day and did an extremely thorough job with the cleaning, getting our three year old carpet looking brand new.  He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cleaning process, we'll definitely use him in the future and refer him to our friends.

Ross was pleasant over the phone and explained exactly what he would be doing.  He explained how to prep for his visit as well as what I could expect after he was done.  I was having a party a few days after the carpets were to be cleaned, and he assured me they would dry in time.  Ross did exactly what he said he was going to do and when he left, my carpet looked like new!  Not only is it clean, but it fluffed back up to it's original condition and is much softer now.  He also took steps to make sure my furniture and walls were not scuffed during the process.  I would highly recommend Ross Carpet Care.

Ross is a real professional in his work. He returned my initial call promptly and arrived at the scheduled time to give me an estimate. My carpeting had stretched badly in the 9 years since it had been installed. He explained why it had happened and what was involved in restretching and retacking it. He told me which cabinets and bookshelves would need to be emptied and which ones he could work around. On the day of the planned work he arrived promptly, ready to get to work. It was a big project, involving the moving of furniture, and took most of the day. Ross was thorough in his cleanup, helped me move many boxes of books and helped me lay several large area rugs. I had been procrastinating on having this work done for several years as my carpeting became more rippled. I hadn't wanted the hassle it entailed. It was such a relief to have it finished and I'm so glad I found Ross to do it. He made the project as painless as it could be. I appreciate having had such a polite, friendly person as he is in my home. Ross takes pride in his work. I will have him back for carpet cleaning. I highly recommend him.

Ross arrived on time and explained how he would proceed with the carpet cleaning. He was driving a very large truck which housed his equipment. In the past carpet cleaners have come with a much smaller van. Ross had all the equipment to do a superior job. In the past I have not been as completely satisfied as I was with the job Ross did. I particularly wanted the areas at doorways, where it showed more dirt, taken care of. 
When the job was finished, I was very satisfied. The carpet looked and felt great.

Ok, I have had my carpet cleaned by other "top" companies, sometimes three times a year.  I hadn't been satisfied for a while now with the job they did, the carpets didn't stay clean for long (soap residue?) and it seemed like they were at my house a shorter and shorter time.   Ross is simply amazing.  He did a more thorough job than any company I had ever hired previously.  The machine he uses to steam and open up the pile on the carpet made for a deep cleaning...my carpets which are 7 years old looked absolutely fantastic, almost like new.    
Ross is professional, and lives his work.   He has all the equipment any of the other top steam cleaning companies use, with the notable exception of all the steps he goes through to ensure  a beautiful carpet and his customer's satisfaction.  It was clear from start to finish the pride he takes in his work.  He was right on time, described all the steps (he is passionate about his work!), and made a notable difference from any carpet cleaning I had ever had done previously.

Ross did a wonderful job! He was on time and his work was excellent. He repaired the upstairs wrinkles in my carpet with skill and speed. The cleaning job was superior. He has better equipment than chain carpet cleaners and he made sure to get out every stain. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond. Found out he can also repolish marble so I will be calling him again soon. Highly recommend.

I contacted Ross for an estimate to install carpeting that had been removed from another home, he arrived on time and inspected the carpet. He said he could install it and explained the process and what it would cost.

Ross is great to work with, I had to reschedule a couple of times due to rain and he was very friendly in doing so. Again Ross showed up as scheduled, he explained the process of the install, and then went work on removing the old carpet and padding. I was able to watch Ross as he worked, he is very professional and has an eye for detail as he is installing the carpet and explaining what he is doing and why. Ross is very knowledgeable and informative about his industry ( carpet cleaning, install, etc, ) and shared his expertise so I would know what to look for in the future in other companies.

I'm very happy with the results and with Ross and I won't be using anyone else as long as Ross is in business . I'll be scheduling him for another installation and carpet cleaning as well.

Ross pretreated then cleaned the carpeting in my living room/ dining room. He called letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a beautiful job - the carpet feels and looks so clean! Ross spent a good deal of time on the cleaning, too. No rush job like some other carpet cleaners. Great pricing, too.
