Blake from Prodeck also helped me describe the scope of the project to our community HOA to ensure there were no issues with the repair work and changes being done to the deck were in accordance with the architecture rules.
Great communication with everyone at ProDeck from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy and occurred withing about 3 weeks after i had received the bid and approved the work. This company does great work, good quality, at probably a higher rate then others, but you are ensured you are getting expertise and not some guy with a contractor's license that's built a deck years ago.
Due to a long series of personal/family issues we have not started the project (over 1yr later) but Andrew's bid is still our baseline choice
