Description of Work: In December 2014 I got a grease and tomato stain on the front of a red linen shirt. Pleats did an excellent job of removing. Next I took in some silk items that needed cleaning and pressing. I am impressed with the way they handled both the linen and the silk and I will be using them as my regular cleaners.

 + -1 moreSome of my clothing are fine cotton and St. John items. After new owners took over I began to notice very small holes in some of my items. When I pointed this out I was told I must have moths in my closet! No effort was made to address my question of why this has only happened under the new ownership. I changed dry cleaners and that solved my "moth" problem.
Description of Work: I used this company for my dry cleaning for about 2 yrs before it was sold to new owners.

 + -1 moreowner is on-site and very knowledgable and friendly. She told me which pants needed just the waist taken in and which ones needed the seat and legs taken in too. i was a little scepical on the ones she said needed a bit more work, but after seeing the results, she was 100% correct and my suspicions were unfounded. my dress pants look great and i have finally found a tailor i can trust.

 + 0 moreFound PLEATS information on Angie's. Called PLEATS and came in the next day for the alterations(and dry cleaning). They were able to quickly do the work and have all suits tailored and dry cleaned in time for my international business trip the following week. AWESOME!
