Very responsive to my preference to buy a WaterSense, low-water toilet. Price was competitive and fair. Friendly, professional tech. When I called some other plumbers they couldn't fit it into my schedule or were going to charge extra to go to San Marcos. When I called Palomar Plumbing, they were able to come when was convenient for me and my tenant, and even had a 10% discount for Angie's list members.
The plumber was on time and assessed the situation right away and give me a quote. He did have to leave for 30 minutes to go get some parts, but an hour later he finished all the repairs. Every thing was in good working order when he was done, but he assured me if there were any problems that they would come back at no extra charge and were available 24/7. I was really pleased and will use them again if needed in the future.

Our son's father-in-law started the garbage disposal replacement project only to discover that it was too difficult and then he left town, leaving our son, wife, baby and visiting family without the use of the kitchen sink, faucet, and dishwasher. We called Palomar Plumbing early Friday evening. Not only did the owner, Nathan, answer the phone, but he assured us he would get someone out on Saturday and at a very reasonable, fair price. He saved the day for my son and his family! We want to thank him for being so responsive, reliable, and understanding. He is a good human being! We will be using him in the future and highly recommend him.$

Called them and they were able to come out the next day not only to look at what needs to be done but did everything. They were well priced and took care of me. I will use then again.

I was referred to Palomar Plumbing from the previous owner. The initial house inspection recommended that a pressure regulator be installed and the water pressure adjusted to spec. Nathan and his co-worker arrived on-time, located the main shut-off value (no one on the complex knew where the value was located and neither did the grounds crew), installed a new pressure regulator and shut-off valve. The work was completed in about an hour.

We actually got the referral from our realtor and they did a great job at a very fair price. I've have similar plumbing done in a different home and paid more for less work. I would highly recommend Palomar.

This was for the bathroom for the master bedroom. I had noticed that around the toilet, there appeared a sort of ring in the shape of the bowl where it meets the floor, which had grown from the first time I noticed it, maybe 6 months ago? Additionally the toilet itself was "loose", when you'd sit down it wobbled.
I contacted Nathan White, the owner, on Tuesday, and Nathan told me he was going to be in my city on Wednesday, so he said he could come complete the work then. He texted me what time he could come, and came a bit earlier, which was good.
I had my 3 month old grandson and had put him to sleep in the master bedroom! The water had to be removed from the bowl, and instead of scooping endlessly and making noise, Nathan brought in a wet/dry vac and was finished in no time, quickly, and he didn't even wake the baby with the vacuum!
He completed the re-seating. Nathan also showed me the best way to seat a toilet, sort of with two nuts instead of one, and it made sense and I was glad I had someone who knew this much about the correct way to complete the job.
Additionally he pointed out some of the equipment on the inside of the tank wasn't working correctly. I already knew something was wrong, and had kind of figured it was the part he was showing me, so I felt he wasn't just trying to get more money out of me. He showed me what was wrong, told me how to fix it, and when I asked if he could do it, he said yes. Yay!
So within a very short time, he completed the work to my complete satisfaction, left the bathroom in clean condition, and didn't wake the baby. Gave me a good price, and I can say I am overall quite satisfied with Nathan (he was polite) and with his work.
