Our water heater stopped coming on. I called in the morning and got a 3:00pm appointment that day. Plamen showed up absolutely on time, the work was done in short order, and everything explained. Water heater is back up and running. A very professional job. I definitely recommend.

A defective faucet brings new opportunities. In January I purchased a new kitchen faucet from Costco. At the time reviewers on Costco site had generally good things to say about the faucet. NCWHS professionally installed the new faucet in February. My wife and I loved the faucet the first few months but then gradually the water flow began to decrease. By September the decreased water flow was frustrating. I returned to the Costco website to see where I may have erred. Ah hah, recent reviews of this faucet were scathing documenting decreased water flow. Reviewers had returned the faucet to Costco for credit and then purchased a different model. I did the same and purchased a better faucet at Costco. Hey, but here was my opportunity to again utilize NCWHS and Plamen! I texted Plamen and we were quickly able to set a time the following day for service. Plamen again texted me when he was on the way to my home. This time I was ready and had towels near the sink for use! Plamen arrived and as always promptly went to work. He removed the old faucet and water lines and then installed new lines and hardware. Plamen asked me where we would like the faucet handle positioned as this model offered flexibility. In no time the job was professionally completed, the space cleaned and Plamen was ready to depart. NCWHS invoice price was very reasonable and way below what other professional plumbers would charge. I am so happy to have NCWHS and Plamen as our "Go To" plumbing service! My wife and I also love our new kitchen faucet.

My daughters hot water heater went out on a Saturday night.  I called one place they gave me a quote and told me the had water heaters on their truck. I arranged for them to come out Sunday morning (at no additional cost). The showed up late started adding material cost to the quote made a call to find out they had no electric water heater in stock and if they found one it would be an additional $100.00. I sent them away. I called NCWH on Sunday and spoke to  Playmen Braykov.  I gave him the details and the materials needed he gave me a price promised to be there at 7:00 Monday morning with the heater and would finish in a few hours He texted me at 6:41 to inform he would be there at 7:00. He was there at 6:55 had the heater on his truck and was in and out in no time and a job well done. Its really hard to beat that and on top of all of that, it he was a nice guy.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal ($79) for installation of a kitchen faucet.  Prior to making the purchase I looked at posted reviews of North County Water Heater Services (NCWHS).  Reviewers consistently applauded their service and more specifically praised plumber Playmen Braykov.  In the past I've been challenged to find a reliable plumber at a reasonable price.  These Angie's List reviews of NCWHS put me somewhat at ease.
Fast forward I'm now an enthusiastic fan of NCWHS and could not possibly give higher recommendations for professional plumbing services!!  Plamen not just arrived on time, he texted me saying he was running ahead of schedule and could be at my home an hour early if that was acceptable to me.  Heck yes!  Plamen arrived and immediately got to work on the identified job.  I appreciated that time wasn't wasted offering other services.  Plamen was extremely courteous and requested rags or an old towel which could be laid out under the sink for any dripping water.  I just stood back watching an obvious highly qualified professional efficiently removing the old faucet and installing the new faucet.  My house is old and therefore has old piping.  After installing the new faucet, Plamen turned the water back on underneath the sink but in doing so the water screw stem broke off.  Not missing a beat Plamen went to his truck, retrieved a new screw stem valve, removed the old valve and installed new valve.  Plamen cleaned the area and then called me over to explain new faucet operation and ask if there were any questions or further assistance desired.  I was totally impressed and thanked Plamen for such professional service.  I walked Plamen to the door and was expecting an invoice for additional work replacing the under sink valve stem.  Plamen had no additional charge and thanked me for my business.  Honestly, I would have been fine with some additional charge for the valve repair as it would have been valid.  In summary - NCWHS is a highly professional plumbing company, reasonable rates and top notch customer service.  NCWHS and Plamen - count me as a permanent customer!!

He arrived only a couple minutes late and sincerely apologized; even though a few (less than 10; actually only 5) minutes late is no big deal!! The arrival time should be flexible, unless you're the first appointment. Plamen was very courteous, fast and efficient, and very fair on price. I highly recommend his services!!! I would give Plamen the first shot at any of my plumbing needs 5-stars!!

Every time I have hired North County Water Heater Services I have been pleased with the results.  
Plamen was the serviceman each time.  He has common sense, attention to detail, and is organized.  He has always been professional and courteous.  For every service call the issues were resolved and after the task was completed the work area was cleaned.  After services are rendered an invoice is sent by email.
Service rates are reasonable.
Whenever I need any water heater related or plumbing work done I call North County Water Heater Services.
