General Remodeling
Mr. Lessard worked diligently and professionally to complete the job in time for a social event we were having. His price was the lowest of all the bidders by at least 20%. Despite some additional issues that came up (decreasing the joist spacing to 16" centers, redoing the concrete base, upgrading the railings, concrete paintingetc.) he never once asked for additional funds and kept to his original quotation. His goal was to provide the highest quality job he could and took absolutely no shortcuts. Mr. Lessard is essentially a "one-man" operation, so while a job might take longer than hiring a "team": to come in, the work was precise and in general of the highest quality. We give Lessard Builders our highest recommendation.
