Description of Work: My wife and I purchased a couch, ans two recliners. The day they delivered them we noticed the stuffing was pushed down in the right arm of chair, called them and they brought out another chair. Now in just passed a year we both noticed that the same chair had tilted to the right making it uncomfortable to sit in, the frame had cushed down, and the other chair has also lost the stuffing in the seat, also making this chair uncomfortable. We also purchased their insurance. After calling them they said that it was over a year and that was normal wear and use. Only myself and my wife live here and we do not make it a habit to jump on the furniture. I am 74 she is 73 now what would we be doing to cause this to happen. To this date nothing has been done to fix this problem. Jarome's has inferior products.

 + -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. WE LOOKED AT ALOT OF FURNITURE AND COLOR SWATCHES BEFORE WE CHOSE OUR FURNITURE. WE DIDN'T FEEL RUSHED OR PRESSURED.
Description of Work: WE WENT TO PICK OUT A NEW SOFA AND LOVESEAT, BUT ENDED UP SPECIAL ORDERING OUR FURNITURE.
