The work started out OK with the demolishing of the houses. After that it went from bad to worse. The workmanship was so bad that we had to re-do many items ourselves and hire other contractors to finish the work. The jobs were supposed to take 6 8 weeks. On one house we finally did the finishing work ourselves as it was getting done after 12 weeks. On the second house we kicked JCH off the job after 10 weeks and hired a different contractor to finish.
