Horrible, my house was destroyed in a fire. And I had hired a personal adjuster and he referred Hamid. He fought me about every decision I made. He acted as if the insurance money was his. I designed the floor plans, colors, materials to be used all he had to do was get the job done. We had $173,000 to do the job of which he received $120,000. He was supose to have the job finished by July 2019. The fire happened September 2018. I lost my job during this time and between the stress of Hamid not doing his job, divorce, loss of my job, fire, losing everything and not being able to pay my mortgage the last thing I needed was the stress of living at a hotel and going by the house regularly to find no one working. I went as far as renting the house across the street to see how often they actually showed up. There would be periods of weeks no one would show up to work. When I would question Hamid he would start yelling, cursing, being aggressive and even hung up on me. The work he had done he subcontracted every aspect of the job to other subcontractors. He never came by to oversee any of the work being done and he kept trying to use sub par products and materials. I wanted mosaic glass in the showers and all he wanted to use was large subway tile and would yell at me saying I gave you an addition for free you gotta give me a break. Fact is he received $120000 out of $173852. And when the plans were drawn up by his architect he accepted and agreed to the extra bathroom. He was supose to replace all damaged wood and replace all of the insulation, and central air ducts. I caught him reusing the insulation that was moldy and wet. He also was supose to put high end fixtures and amenities seeing as that is what I originally had. I had Hampton bay and he is trying to put in glacier bay. After 14 months of taking his crap all that was finished was drywall one toilet out of 3 bathrooms, cabinets partially in and Vinyl flooring in the bathrooms living room. Tile in the 3 bathrooms. The sliding glass window was too small and the master bathroom toilet was too far from the wall. The front door was not compliant. He even argued with me about that. The job was so horrible that even though it is a shame that I was not able to save the house. At least I wont have to live with the absolute horrible job he had done thus far. He was only concerned with how much he could RIP me off. He took all of my items that were not damaged put them in a storage and would not let me know where it was for the last 8 months I have tried to get my belongings and after the insurance company paid him 5900 in storage fees he is trying to extort an additional 5900 or he will not give me my belongings. He also served me with a mechanic's lein on a property I no longer own. And the invester that bought the house I had caught Hamid showing the property to them 3 weeks prior to the foreclosure. Which I though very strange. I am hoping to get my personal belongings back and any of the sinks flooring kitchen appliances and all of my cloths and bedroom furniture that were not damaged. In the nightstands were my wedding rings and other jewelry but he is refusing to give it too me without this additional 5900 payment. These people are bad, bad, bad people who have no communication skills, who dont manage their jobs in a timely fashion, very unorganized and cheap. I would never recommend this company they are dishonest, lazy, liars. There is so much more there is not enough space for me to list every horrible thing he did.

Contractor did nice work, but they are rude and mean and scary. I was yelled at and had profanity thrown at me by both of them.

My experience with them has been good. I do not have any dislikes about the service. They did a good job and I have not had any issues since the service was provided. They did the job within the price range but there is always room for improvement with anything. Their pricing was at the target.

It went alright. The estimate that they gave me was misleading. They told me it was going to include some certain fixtures, and then afterwards, they charged me several thousand more than the original estimate. The total contract with the material allowance (2,200) was $9,850. I ended up paying them over $15,000. The electrical wiring was not done properly. Right now, I have having electrical problems with the outlet in the bathroom and outdoor lighting. The guy doing the work was just a handyman (not a licensed and experienced electrician) under their contractor's license. I now have to hire a electrician to fix his mistakes.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB, MY EAVES WERE CRACKED AND THE PAINT WAS FALLING OFF AND THEY FIXED THAT. WE HAD SOME AREAS WHERE THERE WERE HOLES AND THEY REPAIRED THAT. THEY REMOVED SOME OLD BOARDS AND REPLACED THEM. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
