The installers came over for a measure. They did not look at the paperwork to see what security doors we were planning on ordering.
I found the potential installers to be all over the place and not organized. They didn't catch that the custom security door wouldn't work on my home due to my present door handles. It would of been a disaster if I went ahead and ordered the expensive custom security door. I had other screen door companies come out for a measure and they highlighted the potential issues.

They were excellent.

I get things from here, and I've used them for installation too. They are very helpful.

They are excellent. I started up getting quotes of 6500 and ended up getting 66 sq ft for 3300. You just need to do a lot of research basically.

I had some screen doors delivered in the past and they were scratched. They told me that they would supply paint and fix the doors but they have not done so. I called for insulation and they suggested a barrier film for my home as well and I decided to do the work. I called them and asked if it covered my garage and it did not. The guy said he would have to tear up the contract and it would cost more money. I went to Home Depot and they told me the guy gave me incorrect information and they said that the barrier film would not protect the roof. They were very rude to me and I have done a lot of business there. I told them that I did not want any of the work as they made fun of me when I was there as well. I do not trust Home Depot anymore. When they came to install the doors they asked where the handles were and told me the doors did not come with handles. I ordered the doors and waited for them to arrive and get installed. The service took months and months.

They did it real fast and quick. They did quality work and they also installed a new roof for me. They stand behind their work and warranty. You can pay if off and take your time to pay it off. They said if I have any problem, I can call them and they will be right here.

They were really great in informing me about their products. On a seperate visit they were very helpful in selecting faucets for a kitchen and bathroom sink.

Very slow. Started the project before Memorial Day, finished end of October. First off, they require you to pay for measurements, which is credited to final project. But then their subcontractors did the work and they come and re-measure everything. All the materials were bought at HD and delivered to my house. The surround ordered wouldn t work with the tub and it had a major crack in it that nobody noticed at first. HD did upgrade me to a better surround, but the 1st one was cracked too. This caused delays. The subcontractors did a good job overall, except for a couple of rather major problems. The tub wasn t as wide as the old tub and I had to have them come back and fill the almost 1 inch gap with tile. That took wks of finger-pointing to get resolved. The other rather major issue was the tub surround. It has a piece that goes from top to floor. They cut it off at the top of the tub and then glued it back together to reach the floor. The pieces don t fit back together, so it looks staggered.

I had mixed results from customer service representatives when obtaining information and placing my order. The first rep. gave me mis-information; the man he transferred me to was very knowledgeable and helpful; the woman taking my order was in such a hurry that she kept making mistakes and finally scheduled me for the wrong day. The man who came to install the heater was punctual and professional. He assured me that the installation was routine and no additional charges would be necessary. He worked efficiently, left the area neat, and demonstrated how to start-up a gas water heater. I was very satisfied with his work and my wife and I are very happy with the new heater. I believe I saved over $500 by using Home Depot instead of a plumbing contractor, one of whom had given me a written estimate and a slick sales presentation.

THE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE HOME DEPOT CARPET DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL, PATIENT AND INFORMATIVE. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE INFORMATION ON THE BACK OF CARPET SAMPLES MEANT, SO THAT WE COULD MAKE A WELL-INFORMED CHOICE. I GAVE A B TO THE INSTALLER BECAUSE A SEAM WAS NOT SEALED PROPERLY AND SOMEONE ELSE CAME BACK AND FIXED IT. IT ALL TURNED OUT FINE AND I AM PLEASED.
