At one point, he and the contractor got "into it," but I was very impressed, he was unflappable. He caught many mistakes that the contractor had made and was able to ensure that everything was resolved.
Our contractors are remdeling 2 bathrooms. The contractor failed to put proper waterproofing membrains and taping joints of hardy baker board, plumbin was shotty and not professional andmany other projects are just not professional loking results.
Glenn saw what was going on and failed the inspections and the contractor will not be paid until all is repaired. That means gutting the bahroom all over again and properly replaceing and waterproofing, as well as replacing plumbing. Glenn also submitted form to company with all that needs to be fixed before payment is made.
I can not stress enough how worth it this service is.
Glenn does not cut corners and makes the contractor accountable for work performed.
Once the project is complete I will be submitting another final review
