They had my computer for about five days to do the repair on it. The workers are good. They know what they are doing. They are smart and behave well..

I went to BEST BUY last year to buy a new TV and washing machine. The items were priced very competitively which is the reason I choose BEST BUY. Although the sales team wasn't the best the price more than made up for it. I would use BEST BUY again in the future.

The sales service was excellent. The manager was very knowledgeable in the sales section. The delivery was never on time. The delivery of the appliances was not on the same day. They scheduled the delivery and the install on different days. The window that they say they would arrive, they never arrive at the same time. I’m waiting for the appliances to be installed. It was supposed to be done on the 3rd. The company that they used for the delivery damaged my property. They damaged my floor and the walls. They scrapped the appliances that they delivered and chipped the granite. I was very frustrated and could not get hold of them. I would not use them in the future.
