The computer mousse and software is the problem. The power supply I received was not the one I ordered. It would be too costly to return by mail and am on crutches and do not want to go to the store for that reason.

The manager stated that no exceptions under no circumstances. Since I interpret this to mean even for defective items, it is a rule I do not agree with and will probably not purchase any items there again. I have been a steady cusomer in the past.
