WHEN TRYING TO DECIDE ON TYPE OF LAMINATE FLOORING, THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GUIDED US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. THE FLOORING CAME IN ON TIME. WE HAD 2 SEPARATE INSTALLERS, ONE FOR THE LAMINATE AND ONE FOR THE CARPET. THE CARPET INSTALLER WAS TERRIBLE, WE TOLD THE CARPET SUPPLIER AND WASN'T CHARGED FOR THE INSTALLATION.
