FIREPLACES PLUS

The one I chose was too big and I was told that I could return it but would have to another installation fee. I should have been advised about size. Installer was excellent and tried to help. The woman on the office was not accommodating and I would not use this company again.

Great! The technician did a great job cleaning and servicing the unit. It did not need replacement.

I could not be happier with my interactions with Jeff (sales), Linda (accounting) and Chris Installer. Everyone was so nice and kept me informed on progress on the order and Chris showed up on time for the three times he was here. When Chris came out the first time he explained everything to us in detail in non-jargon words we could understand. He told us exactly what he needed my contractor to do for the framing. The only dissapointment was that I didn't understand that the narrow surround trim didn't come in bronze and I had to pay a restocking charge for exchanging the surround for the narrow black one.

In early February I went to Fireplaces Plus to find new gas logs for my fireplace.  They had a large selection and several displays.  The staff was very knowledgeable.  After discussing the options I selected the logs and embers plus some fire glass for appearance.  We set up an installation date and everything was done as scheduled.  The two gentlemen that came to do the work were extremely polite and efficient.  They double checked everything and left the house immaculate.  I was very pleased with my experience with Fireplaces Plus.

JASON PATTERSON COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION OF THE TWO GAS BURNING SETS IN OUR NEW HOME. JASON WAS TRULY AN ARTIST AS HE BALANCED THE FIREPLACE BRICKS TO DISPLAY THE BEST. AN EASY BUT HARD WORKING, TALENTED INDIVIDUAL.
