FAN DIEGO

Purchased two beautiful ceiling/light fans with remotes. We didn't install them until about 2 weeks later, once we installed them they worked wonderful. 
Then one day the remote in the master bedroom wasn't turning the fan on or off.  Called Fan Diego, and they told me what I needed to do to reprogram the remote. 
The following week the remote in the living room wasn't working it took a bit of work, but finally got that reprogramed.  About a month later the remote in the living room failed again and I could not get it to reprogram. 
Called Fan Diego about our problem and they told us to bring in the old remote, well looking at the receipt, I was well over the 30 day return policy and thought I will have to pay full price for a new remote $59.00.  But they took the old remote and issued us new remote of a different model at no addition cost, infact they refunded the difference.  Well I have to say I was impressed, here I was thinking I was going to pay added funding for a new remote and instead I get a refund.

THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR FANS. THEY HAVE A LARGE INVENTORY AND ARE HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE CORRECT CONTROLS AND DOWN RODS NEEDED FOR YOUR CEILING HEIGHT.
