The previous set of tires had been installed by Evans Tire which carried a 50,000 mile warranty (prorated to miles used). The tires did not last 50,000 miles, so I was expecting a credit for the remaining miles left under warranty.
The only option Evans Tire would give is credit for the warranty only if we bought new tires at full price, even if there was an existing sale on the tires we needed. This is a complete rip-off as no one ever buys tires unless there is a sale.
The Evans Tire mileage "warranty" is a complete rip-off. I do not ever plan to do business with Evans Tire again.
