Slide out shelves are well made and slide smoothly and easily in and out. We were pleased that he could add extra drawers in what was unusable space under our counter top cooking unit. Drawers are well made. Robert came out to give an estimate and then returned as scheduled to do the work in approximately 2 weeks. Shelves were pre-built and were installed in one afternoon. Outside of cabinets look excellent. Insides could have used more touch up to match better when opened. I would guess this could be discussed during the estimate if you know to ask for this work. We did not think about the natural color of the wood not matching the cabinets when we set up the job. It was a very pleasant experience, Robert was friendly to work with and our calls were always returned.
