Very well in the past I had accidentally made a comment about Gabriella when in fact it was not Gabriella at all. She did a beautiful job and I have hired her on a biweekly basis

House cleaning Not enough experience

The service providers arrived on time and then set to performing a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of the entire apartment within the time estimate. The work was very well done! I will hire Cinderella House Cleaning Services again in the future and recommend them.

It went very well. My friend was very pleased that she could stay in her apartment in the bedroom until the cleaning was finished in the rest of the apartment. Then she moved out of her bedroom so they could clean it and rescheduled another cleaning after they were finished. This is the first time I could find a cleaning service that was willing to work with my friend in this way. Everything looked and smelled very clean. We were both happy with this cleaning service!

Gabriela and her team are outstanding! I found her service when I was desperate for help with my mom’s condo. She agreed to come the very next day and started a deep cleaning. The whole team works fast and does an excellent job. Not only are they amazing at cleaning but they are caring and thoughtful to my mom. This I appreciate more than I can say. This is an excellent service and I have had them come out several more times to clean and every time it has been superb! I would definitely hire them again and again!! Gabby and her team are very professional, thorough, detail oriented, easy to communicate with and consistent with their quality of work. We’ve had several different housekeepers in the past and after her first cleaning we knew we wanted to hire her. If you’re looking for a quality housekeeper, I without a doubt would hire her.

Great! There are 2 staff members who come and they do a great job. They stay focused and are attentive to safety things for me and my son. For example, the floor got slippery in a section (not normal) and they were attentive to it. I don’t really need help with organization, just cleaning and they are great for it. Easy to schedule and reliable.

Great. They have transportation and Gabriela and Rosie both speak English. Sometimes they don’t get all the blinds. They are swift and efficient. Not always arriving on time because they run into traffic. They are flexible if I need to change dates. Lovely Ladies and very trustworthy.

I hired Cinderella cleaning to do a complete house interior cleaning 3 bed 2 bath. Kitchen and living room. I called and was greeted by Gabriela, she was polite and answered all my questions. They got here on time as said and worked for 6 hours and did a good job. Cleaning consisted of dusting sweeping, mopping. Kitchen cabinets were cleaned and counters. All appliances where also cleaned. Overall I had a great outcome of the house and price was fairly good. I was given a price of 180 per person for the 6 hours. X 2 = 360 for entire house. Highly recommend them.

Awesome! Cinderella House Cleaning Services (CHCS) is always reliable and does great work, meticulously cleaning every corner of my rental property. I made CHCS a co-host on my AirBNB account and I rely on them to take initiative and familiarize themselves with my AirBNB calendar. They did not disappoint. They made sure to arrive during the precise window of time between checkout of one guest and check-in of the next guest---ensuring that the property was spotless and inviting. They also notified me when I was running low on cleaning and other household supplies. They are truly amazing to work with and I don't know what I do without them.

Cinderella House Cleaning Services was referred to me for weekly house cleaning by a neighbor who has retained their services for the same for years; I've now happily worked with this firm for over a year. The cleanings are swift, thorough, and very reasonably priced for a house that another team of 2-3 might find daunting (5042 sq. ft., with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms). Equally important, they are reliable in that they arrive as scheduled and communicate well; more specifically, they let me know in advance if a schedule change is requested, let me know when my provided cleaning supplies are running low, and let me know when they run into issues (if any). In short, this is a great company with very solid work that's well worth the price.

I hired Cinderella Cleaning for a moveout cleaning of our 1460 sq ft, 3 bedroom rented condo on Nov 29th. Our contact person was Gabriella who offered $30/hour/person which I agreed to. My regular cleaning helper who is relatively slow does a detailed cleaning in 4 four hours but sadly she was not available on this day. So on Nov 29th two ladies showed up around 11 am and started working at 11:15 am. I wanted to stay around just to pick up few things left behind here and there but one of the ladies nicely INSISTED that I should leave and relax. (Big mistake!!!) After three hours at around 2 pm I went back to check the status of the work and was surprised that they had only done the two small bedrooms and their bathrooms and were entering (literally walking in) the living room/kitchen area. I asked in a light tone that how come it took them three hours to clean just two small bedrooms and bathrooms. To which they replied that they did great job there. I left again since my new place is just 4 min away. Now after 3 hours I returned around 5 pm and was totally astonished to see that one of them was in the kitchen wiping one of the cabinets and had already cleaned the stove and fridge. Fridge needed a good wipe down since I had washed the trays myself and had scrubbed the oven stoves too. Anyways it looked clean from a distance. This time, I told them clearly that its been 6 hours already and I am paying by hour and if they don’t work fast it would cost me a lot of money. Then I called Gabriella and expressed my concern. Long story short at 7 pm (after 8 hours) Gabriella texted me to come over for payment etc. I and my husband went and I told her that her two member crew took 8 hours to complete a small job and it was not fair. Since we met in the garage and started discussing the time and price, I didn’t go inside to check the work assuming it was perfectly done in 8 hours and also we were tired working with our movers on that rainy day. She was asking for $480 but after some discussion we agreed on $360 ($30 x 2 persons=$60 x 6hrs = $360). At this point, Gabriella asked for cash and refused to take a check since according to her we “broke the agreement”. So we paid her in cash. The next day, we went there to take a look and one cannot imagine how shocked we were to see incomplete work done by these ladies in 8 hours. The details are given below with pictures 1. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was not even touched. 2. All cabinets doors in the kitchen were not even wiped let alone cleaned. 3. Kitchen cabinets were not wiped down from inside. 4. The water dispenser in the fridge which was not working condition was completely missed both from inside and outside. 5. The door shelves (or whatever they are called) in the freezer were not even touched. 6. The fridge doors were not cleaned at all. 7. The granite kitchen counter which shines just with a clorax wipe was not even touched. 8. The kitchen sink was totally forgotten too. 9. The dish washer was couple of months old and only needed a wipe down from the front was missed out too. 10. The toilet bowl of one of the bathrooms was not cleaned. 11. The living room floor was partially cleaned and there was mark of carpet padding was left which I scrapped off easily with my fingernail. 12. The kitchen floor was just vacuumed and not cleaned. 13. The door frame was left with marks (which were easily gone when I wiped it with Clorox wipes) 14. The base boards were left uncleaned too whereas Gabriella mentioned at least three times when were discussing price on the phone that they clean from baseboards to fans. 15. Garage floor seemed to be totally invisible to them. I am glad we had one day in between our landlord’s move out inspection and this service and we used this day to do the left out cleaning ourselves. I don’t think this service was even worth of $360. Two inefficient ladies took 8 hours to this incomplete pathetic job for a 1460 sq ft condo. I am sure they “posed” to work when they would hear the loud garage door opening because every time I entered the house they were found to start a particular area of the house. P.S :I have pictures but do not see an option to share
