They have been taking care of our pool and it's clean and running well. Suggested repairs to the pump to keep it working well and have now started servicing the spa. They also provided a great referral for work needed on the spa.

They charge about $40 a month. We would use their services in the future too.

They come out every Friday. The price varies and depends on what kind of treatment the pool needs. They are good and we call them immediately when we have any problems. We actually spoke to the owner once when we called them. He corrected things and it was good that they were very responsive. Everything went fine during their most recent visit to our house. I have nothing to compare their price with and hence cannot comment about it. Their quality of work is good too. We had better interactions with the previous owners of this company and they were just absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately they sold the business and I personally feel that these guys aren’t up to that level compared to the previous owners. However, they are fine since it’s hard to get pool boys to come out and clean your pool.

Sometimes they are hard to get a hold of. There is not always someone in the office so you have to leave a message, which can get irritating. Once they do come and identify the problem they are quite efficient.

I have used CCC for over 3 years for monthly pool service and repair. They were relatively quick to respond in the past when I had a problem with the equipment and are very reliable in the monthly service area. They also service the filter twice a year like clock work (the monthly cost I specified includes servicing the filter 2 times a year). Good service for one of the lowest prices I've found.

This is the same service the previous home owners used. We knew nothing about the care of a spa. The same guy comes every week and knows his way around our property and what to do. He also initials a card in the timer box to show every time he comes out. They also come out every Friday to check the chemicals for $24 per month.

WE HAVE NEVER HAD A POOL BEFORE, SO OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS CCC POOLS HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE WHEN WE WERE CLUELESS.
