Stucco Service
I paid $1,031.25 to Charlie Heintschel for a 2-10 home warranty to cover work he did for me. He was unable to get the warranty in place but refuses to return the money. I have not been able to get a reply from him for several months and now I fear that he simply stole the money. If he does what is right and returns the money, I will update my review to reflect this. However, I strongly recommend not doing business with him or any company that he runs.
