They did not do half the services they "promised" in their contract when we signed up with them. We took over a property with a beautiful lawn and gorgeous palm trees and this company literally destroyed it. They did not weed the property, they did not properly trim the palms, they did not check the irrigation system and consequently killed two palm trees. They did proceed to hack my electrical wires and a few bushes to death. When we contacted the office to let them know we would not be renewing our contract, there was no apology only a rude note from their administrative assistant who can't seem to manage the task of putting an invoice in the mail. Horrible service and horrible customer service.
