The service was terrible. They are a terrible company. They forgot to put a bracket in one of our bedrooms. It took them a few months for them to get back to us. We had to keep calling them every couple of weeks because they did not want to honor the warranty. We finally found a different company that came out for free to do the work. You can never get a hold of the owner of the company. You always have to leave a message which never gets returned. I was very unhappy with their service.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, THE PRICES WERE GREAT, BUT THE RESPONSIVENESS TO GET THE PRODUCT WAS A LITTLE LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. OVERALL, IT WAS GOOD.
