 + -1 moreThe crew arrived early at 7:30 AM each day and worked until 4:30 - 5:00 PM with an hour break for lunch. They worked hard. The owner Fausto Cabrera, came by every day to make sure the work was going smoothly, and to bring supplies. The crew cleaned up the worst of the debris every evening before leaving, and then also did a massive cleanup at the end. All debris was hauled away by the crew. Overall it went very smoothly with a professional, efficient crew who knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: Removed existing roof and hauled away. Replaced rotten plywood and exposed ends of beams. Built up roof in certain areas to stop water from pooling. Installed new 3 ply ashalt build up, installed new metal vents and flashings, installed new drip edge metal along roof edge, reinforced 3 skylights.
